We hereby declare that your personal data, which we obtain in the following ways, will be recorded, stored, maintained, regulated, and will be shared with the institutions authorized by law to request such personal data, within the scope of our legal relations, within the framework of the purpose requiring them to be processed and in connection with this purpose, in a limited and measured manner, as you reported or reported to us while maintaining the correctness and up-to-date state of the personal data, and KVKK will be transferred to third parties in our country under the conditions stipulated by the KVKK, transferred, and classified, and that it may be transferred abroad if necessary, and may be processed in other ways listed in KVKK.

The Employee acknowledges and expresses that he/she has an explicit consent for the Company to obtain, record, store, maintain, change, reorganize, disclose, transfer, take over, make available, classify, and prevent the use of the personal data he/she provided within the scope of KVKK, during the period he/she will work.

 

The EMPLOYEE acknowledges and expresses that he has express consent to the transfer of personal data submitted to “the COMPANY” to abroad by “the COMPANY” in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, within the scope of KVKK, from the date of signing the employment contract,

 

“The COMPANY” has fulfilled its obligation of illumination in the capacity of Data Officer within the scope of KVKK (“Explanatory Text” [ANNEX 1]). The EMPLOYER accepts and declares that he has read the Explanatory Text and that he has received information on the subjects stated in Article 10 of the KVKK.
